Control and hydraulic system
♦The control system adopts the upper computer configuration software wincc v7.3 of SIEMENS SIMATIC Company, the programming software TIA Portal V13 and the S7-1200PLC hardware system, which integrates operation control, dynamic display, alarm protection and monitoring record.
♦Analog pressure value display is provided on the operation control platform; visual display of locking pressure and release pressure; functions such as ore discharge port adjustment, calibration and automatic pressure compensation of release cylinder and locking cylinder are added.
♦The main components of the control and hydraulic system are integrated with high reliability products at home and abroad, such as lubrication, hydraulic oil pump and motor, all T and U-shaped seals, PLC and relays, contactors, etc. Hydraulic motors, locking cylinders, release cylinders, etc. have been tested and selected according to the original factory standards to ensure stable operation. (Yongping copper mine HP500 has used our factory supporting hydraulic motor)
♦The oil pump and motor of the hydraulic system can also be configured as one for use and one for standby according to customer requirements.
