Zhang Compliance, male, born in 1963, from Liling, Hunan, is a senior engineer. Distinguished researcher of Resource Recycling Research Institute of Central South University and Hunan Nonferrous Metal Resource Recycling Engineering Research Center.
He has been engaged in technology research and development and industrial transformation in the field of non-ferrous metal resource recycling for a long time. The main research directions are non-ferrous metal resource recycling, waste power battery recycling, electronic waste treatment, hazardous waste disposal, rare and precious metal recycling, circular economy technology and equipment industrialization. He has presided over and participated in the construction of many domestic demonstration production lines in the field of resource recycling.
