Case one
After three years of independent research and development of the key technology of cone crusher, the first set of JY500 round crushing machine was successfully produced in 2014. In order to break the monopoly of imported equipment, IY500 and Metso HP500 were installed at the same time in Dexing Copper Mine Concentrator for a one-year PK. The results show that the mechanical properties of the two machines are consistent. From the perspective of Jiang Copper's input and output, JY500 cone crusher is obviously better than Metso HP500, saving the total cost of Dexing Copper Mine by about 4 million/year.
Case II
Innovation wins the future, strength gains the market
In June 2017, JY800 cone crusher, the largest model in China, was born. This is the first domestic super-large crusher tailored by Jin Yang for Jiangtong. The results of the trial show that the operation is fully consistent with the design, which is another major breakthrough in the JY500 to achieve domestic substitution to fill the gap in the domestic market. And with the Jiangxi Copper Group signed a "imported equipment spare parts localization" cooperation agreement, so that the market attention!
Case three
Australia's iron ore project, with a production capacity of 160000 tons, is the largest iron ore project in the world. The Kruber 6389 gyratory crusher used by the customer has an ore hardness of 30. It must be replaced after 800000 tons of ore are processed by the original liner dynamic cone liner. After optimization by our company, each set of dynamic cone liner can process 165~1.7 million tons of iron ore. Since 2018, our company has supplied the dynamic cone liner for the customer for a long time and signed a long-term storage agreement.
