Rotary kiln

It can be widely used to preheat pellets into rotary kiln. The roasting temperature is 1250~1280 ℃. After a certain roasting time, the pellets have TFe66.57%,FeO 0.25%, compressive strength 3000N/P, drum strength 95.3%, damage resistance index 95.8%, and metallurgical properties of pellets are good.

Lead-tin vacuum distillation furnace

Control the temperature below the boiling point of tin, above the boiling point of lead, lead, bismuth, arsenic, antimony can be removed by volatilization. Vacuum distillation method is used to reduce the system pressure, which can volatilize the vapor pressure of lead, bismuth, arsenic and antimony at a temperature much lower than the boiling point of tin.
